v1.8.2

22

Added 2

  • PPPoE username is now shown consistently across all relevant pages.
  • Customer Information view now includes support logs and ticket details.

Fixed 2

  • Responsive/mobile layout issues on the dashboard, customer pages, customer billing, and services.
  • Issues in the customer portal and with static IP handling.

v1.8.0 / v1.8.1

33

Added 3

  • Unified customer Information view — the customer profile's top section is now a single, state-aware card with consolidated actions.
  • Partner wallet adjustments — manually credit or debit a partner wallet with a reason, and reverse an adjustment one time if it was made in error.
  • Initial AI assistant and bot-flow module.

Fixed 3

  • A billing issue where a prepaid receipt could incorrectly affect postpaid debt.
  • A paid scheduled plan change is now applied before a suspended service is expired.
  • Various fixes in notifications, invoices, payment receipts, the branch ledger, and configuration pages.

v1.7.0

3

Fixed 3

  • A service suspended over an unpaid invoice whose expiry date had already passed stayed stuck in Suspended forever. The nightly expiry run now takes due suspended services through the normal expiry path — cycle closed, add-ons ended, history recorded, and the Service Expired notification sent. Suspended services whose expiry date was extended by an operator are left alone.
  • Re-running the missing rows of a customer import could let one of a pair of in-file duplicate usernames slip through; the rerun now applies the same duplicate skip list as the original run.
  • The import preview lumped all "plan is inactive" rows into a single warning with one wording; it now separates rows that will be skipped from rows that will be imported onto the chosen default plan, each with its own count and row-level detail.

v1.6.9

12

Added 1

  • Customer import can now skip invalid rows and finish the rest of the file, with a clear report of what was skipped.

Fixed 2

  • A service with a paid scheduled cycle now reactivates correctly when due.
  • The map's cluster-style switch (donuts / bars / heat) now also applies to location health markers.

v1.6.8

21

Added 2

  • Map location strategy tools — a reconciliation view showing customers that are unmapped or missing a location, zone-level roll-ups with drill-down, and a per-zone health view (online/offline) on the map.
  • The network schematic is now a level-based topology tree.

Improved 1

  • Much faster customer list search.

v1.6.7

23

Added 2

  • Redesigned live network map (NOC view) — full-screen map with severity-aware clusters, live status counts, an offline-customers panel, and status/layer toolbars.
  • Table exports: PDF export now uses the browser print flow, and export menus are fully translated.

Fixed 3

  • Real-time updates now connect immediately after login (previously required a full page reload).
  • Improved color contrast on the map for accessibility.
  • Customer service billing date display issue.

v1.6.6

2

Improved 2

  • Service expiry now honors time of day — expiry and renewal windows carry the exact time, not just the date, so services expire at the intended moment.
  • The expiry process runs independently for more reliable, on-time expirations.

v1.6.4 / v1.6.5

13

Added 1

  • Settings search — the search bar in Configuration and Administration now covers every settings page and deep-links straight to the exact field.

Fixed 3

  • Some partner invoices could show an incorrect "Partially paid" status; statuses are now derived correctly and existing records were repaired.
  • Fully settled invoices are now recognized correctly before a service is unsuspended.
  • The RADIUS Auth Diagnostics page could time out on large datasets; it now responds quickly.

v1.6.3

11

Added 1

  • Support bot flows (early preview) — a new Bot Flows section in the ticket system settings with a visual flow builder and draft → publish → activate states. The bot can reply automatically to ticket comments, respects business hours, and its messages are clearly marked in the conversation thread.

Fixed 1

  • The main dashboard could intermittently fail with an "out of order points" error on the router and package usage panels; the same fault affected router traffic graphs and per-customer usage graphs. Dashboards and graphs now load reliably, with no change to how fresh the usage figures are.

v1.6.2

11

Improved 1

  • Every page now responds faster: internal routing was restructured so it can be cached, removing work the application previously repeated on every single request.

Fixed 1

  • Removed a leftover diagnostic page that was still reachable on production installations (security hardening).

v1.6.0 / v1.6.1

6

Fixed 6

  • Data-quota enforcement, half-usage notifications, and package allocations had silently stopped running for all customers; all three now work again, so quota-triggered disconnects and usage alerts fire as configured.
  • Valid PDF and Office documents could be rejected when attached to tickets; attachment checks now accept a file when either its detected type or its extension is allowed — on admin tickets, portal tickets, and the Documents upload.
  • A customer's usage-total lookup could error during authentication; it is now correctly scoped to the customer's branch and reliable.
  • The Partner Settlements tab count didn't match the rows actually listed; the active tab now shows the real result count.
  • The customer portal showed a raw internal English sentence when ticket priorities and departments weren't configured for the branch; it now shows a proper translated message.
  • Dark-mode contrast on the map controls, a config helper text that displayed a raw key, and an over-long portal service page were also corrected.

v1.5.8 / v1.5.9

226

Added 2

  • A service created with a future billing start date is now refused network access until that date — previously it could come online early, occasionally on a live IP pool. Such services activate automatically on their start date.
  • An optional per-connection audit log (off by default) that records a sanitised line for each successful authentication during an investigation window.

Improved 2

  • Custom Prepaid can no longer be combined with a future start date: the toggle is hidden with an on-screen explanation and the server rejects it too, instead of the choice being silently dropped. Same-day flows are unchanged.
  • Editing or deleting a plan's action rules now takes effect immediately instead of leaving a stale cached copy in play.

Fixed 6

  • A logging failure could turn a valid authentication into a rejection and knock customers offline; logging can no longer fail an otherwise-valid authentication.
  • Deleting the static-IP line on the recharge screen stopped the charge while the customer kept the IP; the charge now follows the service's own static-IP setting, and the line is shown read-only on the form.
  • Switching on a custom price and leaving the amount blank silently billed the plan default; it now fails validation, and the field is pre-filled with the plan's price when the toggle is switched on.
  • The discount and static-IP lines shown in service previews didn't always match the invoice that was then issued; preview and bill now agree.
  • An unparseable billing start date returned a server error instead of a clean validation message.
  • Quick Action drawer: results could land on the wrong customer's drawer, auto-pay charged the gross preview amount instead of the real amount due, a failed action could read as a success, and the payment breakdown appeared before it was final. All corrected.

v1.5.4 / v1.5.5 / v1.5.6 / v1.5.7

7

Fixed 7

  • An update blocker on some installations caused by SMS notification data referencing the wrong records; corrected automatically during the update.
  • Tickets could not be created or updated without selecting watchers; watchers are now optional.
  • The Partner Settlements search box did nothing; it now searches by partner name, customer name, invoice number and receipt number, and the search term survives pagination and reloads.
  • Customers were not receiving the Service Expired notification in three situations — expiry via the overdue-suspension repair run, settling a suspended service through invoice payment, and unblocking a service whose billing cycle had already ended. All three now notify.
  • WhatsApp messages that failed permanently (disconnected account, invalid credentials) were retried like temporary errors, delaying the real failure; they now fail immediately and are logged, while genuine rate-limit and timeout errors are still retried.
  • The customer form's location list ignored the ownership type; it now stays empty until an ownership type is chosen and then follows the branch or the selected partner.
  • Deleted IPv4 networks were still clickable in the list; a customer with no parent was mislabelled in the account hierarchy; two dropdowns rendered behind other page elements; and the refund and chargeback confirmations now use the standard dialog with severity colours.

v1.5.0 / v1.5.1 / v1.5.2 / v1.5.3

1157

Added 11

  • Network topology & GIS suite — a full mapping and outside-plant module: customer location map, network sites with per-site outage view, fibre cables with drawn routes, strands/ports/splices, connectivity tracing with impact analysis, a NOC incident console, a logical schematic view, import/export of topology data, shared-trench detection, customer outage notices, and alarm correlation from telemetry.
  • Add-Ons module — generic add-on products with automatic billing, including an auto-billed Static IP add-on: prorated mid-cycle charges, renewal handling, and cancel-now or cancel-at-cycle-end flows with correct refunds.
  • Quick Action drawer — renew or recharge a customer straight from the customer list, including inline payment recording with automatic receipt.
  • Bulk renew / activate — renew or win back many services at once from the customer list.
  • Renewal safety signals — the customer list Expiry column now warns about anything that would block a clean renewal (pending changes, conflicts, auto-renew off).
  • Document numbering overhaul — invoices, credit notes, receipts, and quotes now use clean per-branch numbering with type prefixes (INV-, CN-, RCP-, QUO-).
  • Partner clawback recovery — recover clawbacks individually or in bulk, with automatic netting at payout time and full bank/cash proof capture.
  • RADIUS Auth Diagnostics — a page that separates username case-mismatch rejects from truly unknown usernames.
  • MAC lookup tool, location boundary editor (draw/search/import service areas), and a redesigned level-based IPv4 address listing.
  • Branch setting for a fixed service expiry time.
  • "Powered by AltRadius CRM" footer on login pages.

Improved 5

  • Major performance work across dashboards, finance charts, lists, and router usage graphs (fixes a possible error on the routers page).
  • More reliable session disconnects when a service changes state.
  • Redesigned network-site tree, add/edit site dialogs, and site location picker.
  • Service history is now a grouped, expandable cycle table with linked documents.
  • Mobile: repaired sidebar drawer and customer-list toolbar.

Fixed 7

  • Tooltips and toasts no longer render behind modals and drawers.
  • Static IP add-ons are now billed immediately when added to a live service, and released automatically on cancellation.
  • Held prepayments are released when a scheduled renewal fails.
  • Custom prepaid date options are now always consistent for expired services.
  • Cancelled-invoice write-offs and zero-earned cancellations keep totals accurate.
  • Tables no longer open on page 2.
  • A real-time connection issue on some hosting setups (v1.5.3).

v1.4.0

136

Added 1

  • The IPv4 networks list now shows an Assignment column — which reseller (or the branch itself) each network block belongs to.

Improved 3

  • Any reseller tier can now own an end-network: senior partners are selectable when assigning networks and host IPs, and the owner can delegate sub-blocks down their own chain.
  • Bulk "send expiry reminder" no longer asks for a days-before number; the real days remaining are calculated from each customer's own expiry date.
  • The add-customer form now defaults to branch-direct ownership instead of pre-selecting a partner.

Fixed 6

  • Customers with no plan assigned could still get online in some cases; the authentication eligibility check now reliably rejects them.
  • The dashboard's New / Expired / Blocked connection counts were derived from each customer's current status, so past periods were wrong, and "Today" drifted across midnight for ISPs outside UTC. Counts now come from the status-change history in the branch's own timezone.
  • Manually triggered expiry reminders were silently skipped unless today happened to match the branch's reminder schedule; manual sends now always go out, and the reminder history records the correct source.
  • Bulk actions failed to run on installations served over plain HTTP.
  • The notification template preview's customer search returned no results and never filled the service dropdown.
  • Removed a non-functional Export button from the customers list.

v1.3.9

723

Added 7

  • Support ticket module — a complete helpdesk: Ticket 360 workspace, live conversations (typing indicators, read receipts, quote-reply), SLA policies with escalations, canned replies, CSAT satisfaction surveys, email channel (IMAP/SMTP), WhatsApp channel, major-incident tracking, admin-managed statuses/priorities/types with custom badge colors, and a redesigned customer-portal ticket experience.
  • Urdu language & right-to-left support — full Urdu translation of the admin area with RTL layout.
  • Branch-direct customers — serve customers directly under the branch without a reseller: activation, recharge, invoicing, manual invoices, imports, reports, and authentication through the branch's own router.
  • Customer finance adjustments — opening balances, manual credit notes, and invoice write-offs with a proper audit trail.
  • IP allocation management — allocate, delegate, and revoke IPv4 ranges from the networking area, with capacity visibility.
  • Juniper/ERX router support for tariff plans.
  • Nested filters on the customer list.

Improved 2

  • Dashboard "new / expired / blocked" tiles are now backed by an accurate status-change history.
  • Customer portal: self-service plan change for branch-direct customers.

Fixed 3

  • Reseller ticket visibility correctly limited to their own customers.
  • Stronger authorization on document PDF downloads.
  • Security patches for underlying libraries.

v1.3.8

12

Added 1

  • RADIUS credential history — change a customer's connection username/password with full history; usage and logs follow the customer across old usernames, and sessions disconnect automatically after a change.

Fixed 2

  • Authentication rejects now return a consistent response type.
  • Account link and interface fixes.

v1.3.7

221

Added 2

  • A scheduled-cycle banner on the service details tab: when a next cycle is already booked, the page shows the scheduled plan, the cycle dates, and a link to its invoice — green when the invoice is paid and the cycle will activate automatically, amber when it still needs payment.
  • Custom Price and Custom Prepaid Period are now available on the create-service form, not just on recharge.

Improved 2

  • Option cards revealed by a toggle now scroll into view, and changing the selected plan resets the custom-price and custom-period fields instead of carrying stale values into the new plan.
  • Disabled service action buttons now visibly read as disabled, with the reason shown in the tooltip.

Fixed 1

  • Change Plan was still clickable while a next cycle was already scheduled, which allowed conflicting scheduled changes; it is now disabled with the reason shown.

v1.3.6

423

Added 4

  • Per-customer custom pricing — set a custom plan price at creation, plan change, import, or recharge, with a wholesale-price floor, tier-price prefill, and a full audit trail (original price, reason, who set it).
  • Customer list bulk actions — act on many customers at once.
  • Auto-renew readiness indicator on services.
  • "Paid · service cancelled" annotation on invoices.

Improved 2

  • Recharge form redesign: grouped toggles, dedicated custom-price card, compact calendar with a clear today marker.
  • Customer list now shows Outstanding as a default column.

Fixed 3

  • Scheduled plan changes now apply before renewal expiry.
  • Customer wallet top-up receipts settle correctly.
  • A repair tool for historical stale outstanding balances.

v1.3.5

65

Added 6

  • "Paid · refunded" badge on invoices refunded by a credit note.
  • Service history now shows the linked invoice/credit note and status per cycle.
  • Import wizard: auto-renew default option and hiding of empty columns.
  • First renewal in advance for imported services without a billing cycle.
  • Additional notification types and templates.
  • Partner archive / unarchive.

Fixed 5

  • Outstanding balance is reconciled when a postpaid service is cancelled, and Change Plan is locked for cancelled services.
  • Sensitive credentials are now encrypted inside queued notifications.
  • A crash when applying scheduled plan changes in some environments.
  • Several service cancellation and recharge edge cases.
  • Disabled service actions now explain why via tooltip.
