  • Service: Refers to the service provided by Alt Radius as described on this platform (Billing, RADIUS, CRM, and Subscriber Management).
  • Third-party service: Refers to advertisers, payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal), or analytics providers (Google Analytics).

2. What Information Do We Collect?

We collect information from you when you visit our website, register an account, or fill out a form.

  • Account Data: Name/Username, Phone Numbers, Email Address.
  • Business Data: Mailing Address, Billing Address, and ISP Business Name.
  • Payment Information: Debit/credit card numbers (processed securely via third-party gateways).

3. The Alt Radius "Self-Hosted" Data Isolation Guarantee

Unlike many competitors, Alt Radius offers a self-hosted tier.

  • 100% Isolation: When you deploy Alt Radius on your own server (e.g., via Ubuntu 24.04 LTS), we do not have access to your subscriber data. * No Engineer Access: Our engineers cannot access your local database, RADIUS logs, or customer billing records. Your subscriber data is entirely under your control and isolated from our systems.
  • Support: If you require technical support, our engineers will guide you through the process, but we do not maintain "backdoor" access to your private CRM instance.

4. How Do We Use The Information We Collect?

Any information we collect from you may be used to:

  • Personalize your experience: To better respond to your individual business needs.
  • Improve our website: We continually strive to improve our platform based on the information and feedback we receive from you.
  • Improve customer service: Your information helps us to more effectively respond to your support needs.

  • No Absolute Guarantee: While we take every precaution, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage users to maintain their own server security for self-hosted instances.

7. Global Compliance

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

If you are from the European Economic Area (EEA), we collect and use your information based on "Legitimate Interests." You have the right to:

  • Object to the processing of your data.

California Residents (CCPA)

Alt Radius does not sell your personal information. California users have the right to request disclosure of what data is collected and request the deletion of their personal information.

Pakistan Jurisdiction

As we are based in Punjab, Pakistan, this policy is also governed by the local laws of Pakistan, including the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA). You consent to the jurisdiction of local courts for any disputes, though we aim to resolve all issues through our global support standards.
