Activity Logs
Activity Logs is a complete record of all actions and changes performed in the ISP CRM system. To visit the activity log, after logging into the branch admin account, go to the left panel. Click on the activity logs tab.

With Activity logs an admin can

Track all user activities

Monitor customer billing and finance operation like debit, credit of customer with name and its partner

Display actions along with username, date and time

Simplify troubleshooting

Helpful in auditing accounts

Improves security by tracking suspicious activity

Helps in reviewing and verifying system changes
Available Filters
Search activities become easy with ISP CRM filters available. You can view activity list according to tariff plan.

Also, you can view activity according to roles, it can be partner or staff activity.
Share Activity Logs
The activity logs can be share with another person in four ways, copy the log and paste in other file. Print the activity log directly. Export the file in pdf or excel form.
