Overview
ALT Radius has various built-in features for assigning roles to branch users. Whether the person is an admin, a senior partner, agents or a staff member, ISPs can easily manage each branch's data with the user management option. With a single software, users can be created with role-based permissions and a smart authentication process.

User Section
A user is a person who is assigned a role. The person has limited access to the option that is defined for a particular role. A user could be a sales manager, support staff, admin, senior partner, partner, agents with limited permissions, etc

You can edit the user permission, but you can not delete the user.

Who can create what?
Admin/Staff permissions
Admin (the ISP branch manager) can create staff members, senior partner, partner, agents and users.
Admin’s Staff permissions
Staff can create a senior partner and partners based on given permissions. Staff can not create an admin.
Partner Permissions
Creates further agents/partners and their own staff.
Agents Permissions
Retailers can create their own staff members only. Not partners or any other type.
Add a new User
Within the portal, go to the managed user page. Then, further click on the user option to assign roles. Click on add option and fill in the required fields
Step 1: Fill the Required Fields
Icon: Upload user profile picture
Name: User's original name, must be unique, and should not exist already.
Username: The name used for login the Alt Radius and as a system entry
Identity: This is the national ID card number, which must be valid and unique for each user.
Identity Document Number: Enter the identity number, whether it is a national ID card or any other document.
Phone Number: Enter the user’s active contact information
Role: Enter the role of a person from already defined roles
Password: Carefully set the password; once set can not be reset. It should be a mix of letters, numbers and symbols
Email: Enter the user’s valid email. It must be unique
Step 2: Submit on Save
Click on the save button to create a user.
