Credit Notes
A credit note is a financial document issued by a partner to a customer to cancel part of an invoice. It is commonly used when the current activated tariff plan is cancelled, and a new plan service is activated. The remaining amount from the previous plan is sent to the credit notes.

The amount is sent to the customer's wallet from a senior partner, partner, or agent whose customer is this. An ISP creates a wallet for each customer.
