Notifications Logs
Notification logs track the history of email, messages or WhatsApp sent to customers, partners. A record of messages that shows status if msg has successfully proceeded or failed to deliver.
Available Notification Type
The type of inbuilt notifications, admin uses to send customers and partners

Expired user reactivation: Customer renew

Payment confirmation: Payment confirmed msg

Service activation: For new customer

Plan upgrade: Sent when plan is upgraded

Plan downgrade: Sent when plan is downgrade

Partner Login: Sent when a new partner becomes part of ISP

Partner Wallet Recharge: Msg sent when partner wallet is recharged

Partner Password Change: Sent when partner password is changed
Filter by Status
An admin can also filter failed or process notifications. So that particular customer whose notification is failed, could be re-attempted
Share Notification Logs
The notification logs can be shared with other people in four ways: copy the log and paste in another file. Print the activity log directly. Export the file in pdf or excel form.
