Notifications Logs

Notification logs track the history of email, messages or WhatsApp sent to customers, partners. A record of messages that shows status if msg has successfully proceeded or failed to deliver.

Available Notification Type

The type of inbuilt notifications, admin uses to send customers and partners

  • Expired user reactivation: Customer renew

  • Payment confirmation: Payment confirmed msg

  • Service activation: For new customer

  • Plan upgrade: Sent when plan is upgraded

  • Plan downgrade: Sent when plan is downgrade

  • Partner Login: Sent when a new partner becomes part of ISP

  • Partner Wallet Recharge: Msg sent when partner wallet is recharged

  • Partner Password Change: Sent when partner password is changed

Filter by Status

An admin can also filter failed or process notifications. So that particular customer whose notification is failed, could be re-attempted

Share Notification Logs

The notification logs can be shared with other people in four ways: copy the log and paste in another file. Print the activity log directly. Export the file in pdf or excel form.
