Role-based price and profit columns. The report shows selling-price and profit columns only for the tiers at or below your own position, so each viewer sees the margins they are entitled to:

  • Agent columns (agent selling price / agent profit) are always shown.
  • Partner and Senior Partner columns appear for those positions and above.
  • Admin columns (the branch's own buying/selling price and profit) are visible to the branch admin only.

Filter by date range and rows-per-page.

The lifecycle preview modal

Clicking a row's Preview opens a wide modal for that transaction, with an Export button (PDF) in the header and these tabs:

Tab What it shows
Overview Customer, plan, status and type; the start/end/cycle dates; the charge and tax totals; a sub-table of the billing cycles in this lifecycle; and any group IDs.
Profit Distribution How the package price flows down each level (Admin → Senior Partner → Partner → Agent → Customer) and how profit flows back up , as a visual money-flow diagram or a table of cost price / selling price / profit per level.
Billing An invoice-centric view: each invoice with its line items, the credit notes applied to it, and the receipts paid against it, plus any unlinked credit notes and standalone receipts.
Ledger Every account movement for this transaction , reference, type, wallet, from/to account, amount, category, running balance, and actor.
Timeline A chronological log of the lifecycle's events (invoice created, payment received, and so on).

PDF export

Export produces a printable PDF of the transaction bundling the overview, the profit distribution, the timeline, and the related invoices, credit notes, receipts, cycles, and ledger entries.
