Service Logs
In ISP CRM, customer service log provides a detailed record of everything about service internet plan activity about a customer. As you open up the service log, a list of customers appear about the plan, when it was bought and its status.

It tracks all actions, issues and changes related to the customer's internet/service plan.

View service Log
To view service log in ALT Radius, Go to the left column and click on service log option
A list will appear as a service log
Available Filters
With its filtering options, ISP can filter the list according to service status
Active: the tariff plan is active
Pending: the tariff plan is scheduled for next cycle
Expired: the customer service is expired due to non-payment
Blocked: the admin has block the service of such customers

Share Logs
An admin can share the service logs in file format by clicking at the right most button in the filter section.

Export PDF for downloading file in pdf
