Add ISP
Applies to all editions
An ISP record is the branded company that your branches operate under. It holds the name, logo, favicon, contact details, and social links that appear on invoices, the customer portal, and the branded parts of the system. You create at least one ISP before you can create branches, and every branch is attached to exactly one ISP.
Where to find it: Super Admin sidebar → ISPs.
The ISP list
The ISPs page shows every ISP you have created in a data grid. From here you can:
- Search the list with the search box.
- Sort any sortable column ascending or descending by clicking its header.
- Filter by ISP using the ISP dropdown, and change how many rows show per page with the Entries filter.
- Preview an ISP's full details with the eye button.
- Edit an ISP with the edit button.
- Delete an ISP with the delete button (you confirm before it is removed). Deleted ISPs are soft-deleted — toggle Trashed to view them, then Restore them or Force delete them permanently.
The list columns are:

| Actions | Preview, Edit, Delete (or Restore / Force delete in the Trashed view). |
Create an ISP
Click Add on the ISPs list to open the create form. Fill in the fields below and click Save to create the ISP.
Branding

| Phone Number | The ISP's main contact number. Pick the country from the flag dropdown and type in local format, or start with + for a foreign number. |
Stored in canonical international (E.164) form and shown on invoices. |

Manage which columns show
The ISP grid supports column management so you can hide fields you do not need and keep the workspace focused on the data that matters for your current task. Toggle column visibility from the grid's column controls; your preference is remembered.
