Add Role

Overview

The role section offers an admin the ability to create a role for staff and partners. An admin can grant permission access to these people. Each role can have limited access or full access to the CRM part.

How to create a Role?

You can follow these steps to create a role in ALT Radius

Step 1: Go to Manage user

The very first step is to visit the “manage user” option. Click on the Add Role option to add a new role.

Step 2: Add Role Name

The next step is to fill in the required fields.

Role Name: Create a role name suitable for the responsibilities.

Step 3: Assign Role Permission

Click on the buttons to assign which option is permissible for a particular role
